I find nothing but BEAUTY and GORGEOUSNESS in this all white ceremony!!!  The draping is LUSH!  The aisle decor of low full floral arrangements and floating candles on Lucite columns is FABULOUS!.  And that aisle runner...yes, the monogrammed aisle runner perfectly positioned with a bed of rose petals on each side equals nothing short of a WOW FACTOR moment! I found this amazingness on Pinterest in my quest to find this week's Pin It Pic.  What caught my eye wasn't the amazing crystals hanging from the mirrored tiles or the low centerpieces flanked by gorgeous candlelight.  Nope, what caught my eye was the STUNNING pink up lighting give the room such a luscious glow! I'm all about adding lighting to any event because it can transform any space from drab to fab, also know as...WOW FACTOR! Enjoy!

What strikes me for today's Pin It Pic isn't the beautifully draped all white tent.  It's not the chandeliers positioned so perfectly on the ceiling.  It not even the stunning floral arrangements on this modern columns. But what stands out most are those FABULOUS and FRILLY champagne-colored covers on my favorite gold-toned chivari chairs!  What a BEAUTIFUL ceremony!  WOW FACTOR!!!

Take a Stand on Wedding Day

2012 for Dejanae Events had to be the year of outdoor wedding ceremonies!  I'm thankful for the GREAT weather we had each and every wedding we coordinated.  But the biggest challenge for most wasn't the weather...but the shoes sinking into the soft soil and running the bride and/or bridesmaids shoe heels.  So ask me the question, "how can this be avoided?"

I love this idea I found on Pinterest awhile back.  The bridesmaids are standing on "flat" stones just as poised as ever!  Oh and if there is any confusion as to wear to stand...follow the stones.

Or consider purchasing what I find to be the most fabulous product on the planet... Today is Friday The 13th and you know what...that means absolutely nothing to me :)  But when I see this tablescape of lush, vibrant red roses...beautiful orchids...black vases...and ghost chairs...I'm in complete AWE!  WOW FACTOR to the 100th degree!!!  I know that would be one great conversation if I were sitting in front of these lavish centerpieces! Okay...here is the visual:  As a wedding guest, you enter the foyer at the entrance of a grand ballroom only to be greeted by a host or hostess who will direct you to escort card table.  And as you move through a sea of smiling guests hovering around you soon discover that this STUNNING table with a small pool of floating flowers and candles is the table where your escort card rests upon clusters of pave arranged carnations! Chair Couture. Chair Fashion

Last year I did a blog post about the different chair styles available to enhance your reception tablescape as well as discussed ways to focus specifically on the bride and groom's chairs. Well today I'd like to focus on dressing up the guest chairs with a splash of fabric and a host of embellishments.  As I've said time and time again, it's all about those personal details that guest remember during the ceremony and reception.  What's your favorite chair couture look?

 Are you familiar with Pinterest???  Well if you aren't, as a bride...or someone planning an event...I need you to crawl from up under that rock and get into the KNOW! LOL! Pinterest is awesome and my newest creative outlet for wedding vendors and brides.

So what is this Pinterest and how does it work?  Pinterest is a virtual pinboard that allows you to organize and share all the beautiful things you find on the web by "pinning" them into boards you have created. You can browse pinboards created by other people to discover new things and get inspiration from people who share your interests.  When it comes to weddings, as a bride, you can now post the photos of your dream wedding and gather them all on one board or within multiple boards for later reference when meeting with vendors.

Today's beautiful "I Found It, You Pin It" find is a stunner for sure!  I'm so interested in finding out what the designer used in the vase.  They look like spinning tops, but maybe it's some kind of shell.  Either or...I'm excited about this find for Friday, February 3rd.
