My Wedding Sequin Obsession!

Right now I'm obsessed with everything that sparkles, especially sequins!  Bling hasn't gone anywhere, but the addition of this embellishment into the repertoire makes wedding design even more fun!  But please take it easy when adding sequins to your ceremony and/or reception space.  Less is truly more when creating :)  Check out some of these table inspirations that twinkle:

Useful Wedding Apps

With smartphones and tablets in most couple's hands throughout any given day, there has to be some useful apps that can help them get through the wedding planning process.  I have listed a few of my favs below.  Let me know what you think.

Vera Wang on Weddings
Includes Vera’s personal style advice, planning expertise, thousands of images and much more. A must-have for all brides!  Browse Over 1,000 Images of dresses, cakes, flowers and real weddings.  Create Inspiration Boards with Vera’s exclusive new design tool. Include favorite gallery images and share your wedding style with family and friends.  Stay on Top of Wedding To-Do’s with Vera’s helpful built-in task list.

The Seating Planner+
Guests can be created or imported from Facebook or from your iPhone contacts and with a simple drag and drop function they are placed out at the tables. It is easy to move around the tables and you can quickly try various solutions. With this App you can keep track of who accepts or declines the invitation and those that have not yet responded.

TUX: The Tuxedo Builder
Design and create your tuxedo for any event! Select the type of event, then pick your jacket, shirt, pants, tie, and vest – even choose from many accessories to complete the look from a wide variety of styles and colors

APPY Couple

The chalkboard craze for wedding ceremony and reception decor is blowing up all over the place!  You don't have to be a D.I.Y. bride to consider adding some chalkboard elements to your wedding day.  Check out some of the fun ideas below that can be incorporated into your modern wedding style:
