I attended Arctic Summer 2011 at Union Station last week and there was one design created by Food for Thought that just sent me over the edge...a mound of ice with Popsicles planted inside! As I'm trying to think about warmer weather and not all the snow that has fallen in Chicago, I'm drawn to my childhood favorite and my memories of sitting on my porch with a Popsicle. For the summer brides wanting to do something different outside of the candy and dessert bars, consider wowing your guests with the treat that both the young and old love. Put a wooden stick into the top of it and POOF...you have a Popsicle.
